Healthcare should be understandable to everyone who walks through the door.
SIMPLE HealthComm is building communication accessible environments so that all people - including stroke survivors with a communication disorder called aphasia - can report their own health status and health outcomes.
We are a digital health company that makes Patient Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs) communication accessible for patients.
We make the language accessible
Patients report for themselves
Providers get the data
Healthcare Has a Communication Accessibility Problem
Patient Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs) capture health information only the patient can provide
When PROMs are not communication accessible - patients can’t report - and data are lost
Many of the 2-4 million stroke survivors living with aphasia are excluded from PROM reporting
SIMPLE HealthComm is the Solution
SIMPLECOMM, is a digital health application that simplifies PROM language to increase communication accessibility for patients to participate in their own healthcare reporting.
Our technology dynamically simplifies language while preserving the meaning and integrity of each health assessment tool and improves accessibility without diagnosing conditions or making treatment recommendations.
SIMPLECOMM opens the door to accessible healthcare reporting by optimizing reimbursement, documentation, workflow efficiencies, and patient-centered care practices.
-
Communication challenges do not impact intelligence. The burden currently sits with the patient.
Everything we build assumes the person in front of us is capable of making their own decisions.
-
We believe that the healthcare environment should adapt to the person - not the other way around.
We believe communication access is the answer.
-
Decades of clinical research provide a foundation of what communication access should look like.
SIMPLE HealthComm integrates expertise and innovation to make communication access simple, efficient, and reliable without adding burden to clinical providers.
